Our new you body transformation programs keep your workouts fun and exciting every step of the way. We offer a variety of personal training sessions and group training sessions to help you achieve your goals.

1-on-1 Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions are private, targeted, custom workouts with someone to hold you accountable. Add an extra level of attention to your workout plan by booking one-on-one personal training meetings. We will set you up with a trainer that will fit your personality and has a strong track record of helping people like you achieve your particular goals whether it be losing weight, increasing strength or toning up your muscles.

We will develop a personalized blueprint that will be your roadmap to success. We’ll start by identifying your short and long-term goals and when we’ll be tracking your progress. We’ll then develop a custom training and diet program for you to follow based on where you’re at now and what steps we need to take to reach a healthy lifestyle. Finally, we’ll talk about “homework” and recovery to aid your progress! And we are always just a phone call, email or text away if you have any questions between your sessions. Our goal is to leave you feeling 100% confident in exactly how we are going to reach your goals!

Fat Shredding Bootcamp

These are group training programs that meet 6 days per week and are designed to shred fat and build muscle quickly by keeping your body moving through dynamic workout routines! The solution is here: fast, long-lasting weight loss results and the healthy lifestyle you need to keep them! Here, women and men of all fitness levels experience the head-turning body transformations they desire with our high intensity interval training group workouts fitness boot camp.

The key to your fat loss success is our signature Afterburn workouts, support and motivation from our world class coaches, and easy to follow nutrition program to help you keep the fat off. Our group training sessions are results-driven, sessions focused on weight loss and body toning. They keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.
